Welcome to CoordCap & CoordFix! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our apps that allows users to capture and transform geographic coordinates ("the Service"). By using the apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Apps
CoordCap and CoordFix are intended for professional and personal use. You may not use the apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with the Service.
2. Accuracy of Results
While CoordCap and CoordFix uses reliable algorithms and geodetic libraries (such as PROJ) to perform coordinate transformations, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results for any specific purpose. Users are responsible for verifying outputs when accuracy is critical.
3. Privacy
CoordCap and CoordFix do not collect personal data without user consent other than Device ID for In App Purchase verification. Screenshots or coordinate data processed in the app stay on-device unless explicitly shared by the user. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
CoordCap and CoordFix are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the apps.
5. In-App Purchases
Our apps offer additional functionality through In-App Purchases, available in two forms:
- One-Time Purchase: Unlocks PRO functionality for as long as the apps remain available on the AppStore. Intended for users who prefer not to subscribe.
- Monthly Subscription: Provides ongoing access to PRO features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account and managed in your AppStore settings.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. If payment fails or is declined, access to the purchased product may be suspended until payment is completed.
6. Purchase via AppStore
All purchases must be made through the Apple AppStore and are subject to Apple’s own terms and conditions, which prevail in case of conflict. Please review those terms carefully.
7. Trial Period
We may occasionally offer a free trial for subscriptions. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription under the same terms described above.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
